I'm really disappointed with them especially with the receptionists. Whenever I call them they never answer the phone. They are always extremely busy (that's what they say). In the last week I tried to call them every single days multiple times and no answer. They can't be that busy. Once I drove there and I rang them when I was inside and they didn't pick up the phone, they were chatting each other. I asked one of the receptionists why they can't answer their phone why I need to come in if I want something? She said she is on the phone with the customer and they are very busy their phone all the time rings. Which I can understand because they never answer. My last visit was about 2 months ago and I have been told they will ring me in 2-3 weeks which so far didn't happen... I'll go in tomorrow again because if I want to talk to them I need to visit them and waste my time instead of them to call me back or answer the phone.

I had the misfortune to be referred here. They told me they were running half an hour late but didn't even call me in to numb me until almost 2 hours after my appointment. I had told them repeatedly about my issues with anaesthesia, problems well documented with my condition and in my medical records and was completely ignored. When i did get called the assistant was saying how she found his note on my papers hilarious but he denied writing one and they refused to show my papers to me which was incredibky rude and unprofessional. When they finally started the procedure I wasn't fully numb and repeatedly told them and was on the verge of tears and he actually told me off and told me it wasn't fair that I was moving and I was just feeling pressure not pain. I've had extensive dental work including 2 wisdom teeth previously removed and l told him it wasn't pressure it was very bad pain. Eventually the assistant told him to get more anesthetic which he rolled his eyes at and finally did but didn't wait for it to kick in. He yanked and leant on my jaw despite knowing it dislocated and I have tmj issues, also backed up by my records and he didnt care that he had my lips in the pliers as well. I have had many crowns, extractions and rebuilds of teeth from seizures and previous wisdom teeth extraction and this was the most traumatic and painful dehumanising experience. The pain was worse than when I woke up from brain surgery. The behaviour was disgusting and they didn't care about me being a person. absolutely stay away at all costs if you can. Oh and my extraction site is still bleeding a lot 6 hours since my appointment but I'd rather loose all my teeth than experience that again. *update* Finally slowed the bleeding down after 36hours and is now just a small amount of bleeding. I can however now see where he has chipped one tooth and knocked two others out of alignment which I will have to get fixed. Bruising is bad and I have a split swollen lip from him not caring he had my lips caught in the pliers ever after I told him. Have never cried after any doctors appointment before here. How he still has a licence is beyond me.

Today I visited this clinic I didn't have friendly experience with them. After finishing the appointment and went down to the reception to discuss the fees and payment plan, the reception and the nurse that came down with me was disrespectable they were making funny when I was asking them about the price. In addition, they are not aware of the price that they gave me every time the doctor give them different price. Overall the experience was not good I did not like how they dealt with me and my request they seemed careless and unfriendly.

Reception staff need to be trained on how to answer the phones and deal with patients. They're very rude and unprofessional. If they can't be polite and kind then they need to get a job elsewhere as this clearly isn't the fit for them.
