Our experience with the staff at Trinity Day care has been nothing short of spectacular. Staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, proactive and keep us well informed. I have always found the day Care to be tidy and well organised. We were using the baby section of the Day Care and facilities available were one of the best that we had seen among the 10+ Day Cares that we had researched in the area. Their kitchen also has a 5 star rating (the ones that you see outside of restaurants). My child has additional needs - from the start, staff at Trinity were extremely engaged and curious/proactive/receptive to onboard additional training to serve our baby's needs. For this purpose, council staff from SEND visited the day care on at least 5 occasions over a 6 week period and their feedback about Trinity's staff was also always top notch. Their pricing is also very competitive. This establishment is highly recommended!

As a first time mum you are always worried about your little one when he isn't in your sight. Trinity Day Care Nursery have lovely staff members with always a smile so I wasn't shocked to find out after two weeks of settling in my boy was happy to go straight in. The place is spacious and you see all the different activities children can play with. It's upsetting I have to send him into Day Care but I am always being reassured of his wellbeing and how he is on site :)

Our son enjoys attending Trinty and we have seen his confidence grow because of it. The nursery is a great community hub with various structured activities taking place for the children. The baby room is bright colourful and engaging. It is a safe, welcoming environment where the teachers take their time in settling your child into the nursery and ensuring that their daily needs are met. The staff are wonderful, from Nishat to Amanpreet to Habiba to Muhsinah any many others. The ratios within the nursery are also kept to a minimum. Also, the nurserys proximity to East Ham Station is an added bonus.

My daughter started Trinity Day Care nursery in June 2022. I went to visit the nursery and spoke to the staff, who showed me around the nursery. The nursery is big space, divided into 2 separate rooms for the older kids and small babies. Nursery is decorated well , colourful and spacious for kids to play. There is a storage room to keep the prams. When my daughter started at the nursery, I found the staff were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. There is a settling period for your child which is also very useful. The nursery offers meals which are made freshly in the kitchen. Children are also provided with snacks in between meals. There is a book where the staff update what the child ate, how much, nappy changes, etc. All the information is helpful to monitor for parents. Overall, my daughter loves going to nursery, and I feel assured that my child is being looked after by experienced staff. Kanu

Lovely place and wonderful staff. My daughter has been going to Trinity for well over a year now and absolutely loves it. The nursery staff are amazing and the place itself is full of fun activities for the kids. The nursery also regularly take the kids outdoors to local park, libraries, and for walks when the weather is nice.
