As a service user I can say that management don’t care about their children , whiles at the company I’ve had multiple stuff stolen by employees nothing was ever done . This company still has over £400 of stuff at there office but claiming they don’t and never had . Don’t get me wrong some staff generally cared about the children but on the other hand management couldn’t care less. They also have massive staff turnover and I’ve known many staff fired for opening up or making complaints about the company , I will never understand how this company has become ofsted registered. Now happier than ever back in my home town but will never get over the thought that they have stolen £400 worth of goods of a child they claimed to have “cared” for 🤔
