I cannot rate this company highly enough. I am and ACPAT veterinary physiotherapist and having used trimbio for over a decade to service my equipment have always found them to be really efficient and personable. All of my work equipment was recently damaged in a fire and the owner of the company stayed at work late to package new equipment up and courier it out to me so I could continue with work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I didn’t receive any messages yesterday when you stated you had - I said I would pay over the phone on my personal card if my finance office hadn’t sorted payment by yesterday (I don’t have authority to make any payments myself). But I could have also given your engineer cash when he attended. But not attending for a pre-arranged business appointment is very unprofessional business practice. Please can you call me to re-arrange quickly before I leave a bad review on Google (I decided to leave a bad review anyway)

Recently my treatment couch was broken and I was looking for the spare part (strut) for my couch. Trying to find the item on internet but couldn't find it anywhere untill I find TrimBio . I called them and in less than 48 hours I got my spare part. The price and the quality of the product wasimpressive. Happy to do bussiness with these lovely people in the future.

I purchased a treatment couch from Trimbio for around £500 and after around 8 months it had broken. I enquired about a repair or service and was quoted around £550 for the bed to be fixed. The customer service was all over the place and is yet to be resolved.
