Arrived today with my son who had ear pain, thought he'd put a stone in his ear or had the start of an ear infection. The UTC is really modern. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse were so lovely. It was very quiet, so in and out in under 30 minutes. Even with all the pressure on NHS we still have a caring place.

Visiting from West Yorkshire for 3 nights. Having developed an inner infection I turned to the walk in centre in a bit of desperation having exhausted other avenues. Within 40 minutes Iād been triaged , seen by a doctor and given a prescription. A breeze from start to finish and all the staff were friendly. Thank you and well done Your all a credit to your roles. Oh and happy new year!
