    Just spent the weekend at a Yoga and Walking Retreat with Mindfulness and Alexander Technique Practice also. The location of this centre is truly exceptional with views of Snowdon every day - and we were lucky every day with the weather. The food here is exceptional, fresh nutritious and devine. All the staff were friendly and always asked if they could help or offer an alternative for dietary needs. The centre has various meeting rooms for groups, retreats etc. Constant fresh coffee and a selection of teas available. I would definitely stay here again as a couple, as the location to the hills is ideal. Cosy opens fires on cooler evenings. A lake to swim in. Good parking area. Check out the Coffee roaster in the village of Nantlle. No TV, and neither there should be; you are here to unwind and take in all the nature around you.

    Trigonos is a wonderful place, both as a leader to run your own retreat, course or holiday, or as an attendee on an educational arts, yoga, walking course etc. The residential facilities are marvelous, the food fantastic, and the location just stunning. Views of Snowdon, and the Nantlle Valley, peaceful, inspiring location to get away from it all on retreat, or as a break from the big smoke. Marvelous range of studios, sitting areas, bedrooms, in a beautiful detached house set in 18 acres of organic land. Couldn't recommend more highly
