I orginally posted the review quite negative of this company. Now my belief still stands that they upsold a tap to an elderly lady that didnt need it. just teh vave abd seals service Now things have changed quite a bit and i cant just take the review away otherwise it makes no sense and below makes no sense but as you can see beow Mike Southall the Salles manager got in touch Tracked the customer down Well Done even sort of found me but as I live in USA Australia and UK thats reasonable imressive .....Anyay went to the troube find the customer I refered to and without quibble when he found out she felt a little pressurised to buy he refunded her a fair chunk of the money without hesitation. She still has the brand new tap and doesnt need the 199 service. So Im very happy all worked out well and fair. He has even primised to change the company policy.. So Im changing my review from 1 to a 4 . Well leaves some more room for any improvement .
