They manage a property on the road my parents live on. The residents keep knocking on your door for money until you open the door. They disrupt our neighbors little kids. God forbid the ever answe the door. Emailed the company about a formal complaints procedure over 2 weeks ago and nothing. I bet they get city council grants from our council tax yet they can manage their residents properly.

They allow unruly people to live in their properties whilst disregarding neighbours concerns and well being by not doing much to stop unsocial and disruptive behaviour to the local community. Managers have no consideration for the wider community nor any solution to this - it seems as long as the rent is paid by the tenants, the landlord is happy to allow neighbours (many of whom are key workers, have young children and families) to suffer with their tenants anti-social behaviour.

Helping a friend in trying to secure accommodation. The staff were friendly informative and helpful they explained the whole process of getting accommodation. But what happens street securing a flat i am not sure (as all the reviews are very negative). So i can't make a real judgement except on this one occasion my friend used their services.

Once you get into one of their terrible properties they will try keep you in it forever so they get the money from you or your housing benefit, even if your homeless do not go to one of these properties try and get help off bromford instead, i was supposed to be in one of the box flats for 2 years temporarily till they help me find a new place, but that was all a lie I been here almost 3 years with them feeding off my money and they said over and over they can't actually help you to MOVE OUT so basically they can't help you to move on, oh and they love their bad toxic residents as well and let them get away with everything, i wanted to rate this minus stars but seems 1 is the smallest unfortunately, please try with other housing guys this associations plan is to keep you in until you DIE, money money money that's all they care about and 1 has even admitted it to my face as well, stay far away everyone.
