After two unsuccessful attempts at working with a designer, we found Tricia Douglas. To date, we have completed two rooms; are about to commence a third next week and are planning a fourth, all using Tricia's expertise and assistance. Her knowledge within the industry is superb; she was able to listen to our needs (including those of my fussy husband!) and come up with some amazing designs. Tricia and her team are all excellent, each one being a true expert within their field...as well as prompt, reliable and courteous, which is no mean feat! Response times to emails has always been fantastic, and Tricia is always on hand to answer any queries or questions, no matter how trivial they may seem. Her ability to manage a project seamlessly is a real skill and one that although you do expect when paying for a service...is not often received. Tricia does this with passion, enthusiasm and a smile! For me, dealing with someone who has the ability to completely transform our house, coupled with a personable, professional personality is hard to find. I have and will continue to recommend Tricia's service to others.
