We visited the clinic of trichology on Friday and was met by the lovely Donna as always. Donna had a good look through my hair as I have hair shedding from time to time and scalp issues. She gave me a plan to follow which i had been following and on my return to the clinic have new hair growth. She is a truly amazing lady with such good knowledge and empathy. She listened to what we had to say and was very understanding of our concerns. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who is competent without being arrogant, who took the time to explain things in detail to us. Someone who is extremely honest but done with such a kind-hearted manner. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Donna.
