    Do not bother registering at this practice. They are useless. I’ve had a lump in my mouth for 2 years, been referred to GP and several of my toenails are black and lifting - been told to go to the dentist for my mouth and pharmacy for my toes!? So even though I’ve been told to book a GP appointment and am expected to get both my feet out in public at a pharmacy, I’m not entitled to an appointment. Clinic has gone entirely down hill the past few years hence why most of the doctors have left. Don’t waste your time.

    I fully understand the pressures that surgeries are under theses days and that blips do happen. I had a blip with a new repeat prescription from a hospital to Triangle and big thanks and praise to a new member of staff, Jen, whose proactive approach got it sorted. Thanks to her perseverance, I did not experience any interruption in the supply of my meds.

    This really is the worst place ever in all of the UK. You're probably better off sick than coming to this awful place where the reception team will treat you so bad only to be seen by nurses or doctors who do even worse. Go to the CQC website and search for a good or outstanding GP practice near you and you'll be much better. We did over a year ago and the difference is just amazing

    It’s a shame I’ve been coming here since I was born. The service has really changed and standards have lowered. It’s a shame that I can’t even have my flu jab which I’ve been having for years at this surgery, even though I’m considered vulnerable. It’s now January and I was told to look for another place to have my flu and to call back the next day to book an appointment to my doctor in the next 2 weeks!
