I have seen many chiropractors and osteopaths over the years for ongoing back pain, and Charlie is the only osteopath I have visited where I have come away feeling immediate relief after each session and ongoing. After a course of regular treatment, I go back as and when I need and every time it helps!! With Charlie's help I was referred to a sports medicine consultant and got the further help I needed. I will definitely keep visiting Charlie, she fully understands my symptoms and is lovely to talk to and making me feel at ease!! Having been seeing a different osteopath for 2 months without any improvement to my bad back, I switched to Charlie (triangle osteopaths) and she immediately diagnosed a disc bulge, as proved by a subsequent MRI scan. She then helped me return to full mobility and fitness through our regular sessions. Just sad I don't need to see her anymore as she's really nice to chat to!

I contacted Triangle Osteopaths due to severe neck and shoulder pain caused by a trap nerve. I was lucky to get an appointment with Alex at short notice. However one treatment was not enough but Over five sessions and combined treatment by Alex and Charlie, the results was amazing. I never thought anyone would be able to release my trapped nerve and have me pain free and back in the gym after only five treatments. I was very impressed by their service, knowledge and professionalism. Triangle Osteopaths are definitely my go to from now on.

I highly recommend Charlotte Mead at Triangle Osteopaths. I had a biceps tendon injury that was really quite severe by the time I sought help. I am in self-isolation due to another health issue so could only be treated via online consultations. Charlotte was fantastic in assessing the injury and in providing a changing exercise plan as it improved. I was concerned about the difficulties of solving the problem without face-to-face contact but I needn’t have worried – the online consultations worked so well and I am now pain-free with full movement. Charlotte is knowledgeable, professional and dedicated in her work. Thank you, Charlie, for all your help.

Charlotte Mead is amazing, she sorted out my scoliosis and post birth issues, and I go every 4 weeks for a MOT that keeps me fit and flexible.
