I didn’t get the product nor refund, been waiting 2 weeks whilst they “investigate” they won’t even give me timeframe which at this point more waiting time would already be unreasonable, should not take this long, but not even that, so far they presented fake POD signed by ‘me’ when I wasn’t even in the country let alone misspelled my own name. Bit scamish if you ask me.

It comes with a huge instruction book, but I don't think it's very descriptive of what needs to be done. When it doesn't work, it really shocks you, when it beeps twice, you don't know it's working. I find this product confusing. I haven't yet seen results, so I can't speak on that. If I had to buy it again, I probably wouldn't.

I am extremely impressed with this tria beauty permanent hair removal treatment I saw instant results immediately instead of shaving my legs arms etc every week after the first few treatments I saw no more hair growth my skin was left luxuriously soft and treatments became less and less thank you for this technology it is a god send
