I thoroughly recommend Sam for PT. He makes sure he understands what I as a client want to get out of the training and tailors his programming accordingly. They are varied and carefully arranged. He pushes, of course. That is how to make progress; but never in a way that makes you feel it’s impossible. His understanding of bio-mechanics is a big plus. He is very flexible around appointments and altering them which is extremely helpful to me given my own schedule. Definitely give him a try.
