Hired these guys for my husbands 40th Birthday. They arrived before the scheduled time to requested to set up - we had to ask them to wait. Then when they did come in - they set up in the wrong place which caused 2 of our guests to trip over the wires and in turn break one of there pieces from the equipment. The 2 people who turned up were definitely not dressed for the occasion nor did they look like professionals which was quite disappointing too. In the end we had to ask them to leave after our second guest tripped. After the event couple of days after - we reached out to Trez and explained what happened and offered to pay for the broken equipment and get a refund on the rest- they point blank refused - unprofessional and even worse after care service. Wouldn't recommend or use again!
