i took my car to repair the this garage after 8 week waiting they told me they have test the engine is low compression and they told me it could be head gasket or piston if you want we have to take head cylinder head off and they told me is tow piston which it will cost too much to repair i asked them put all back again they the initial problem cold start and i got robbed £4300 pounds and my car came out of this worst then befor

I am so appreciative of the unbelievably generous good will gesture afforded me regards the final invoice, so rarely seen in this day and age and a testament to what the business charter stands for. I would like to take this opportunity to thank one and all for the exceptional service and treatment I have received in getting my car repaired. The workmanship and presentation of the car is absolutely faultless. The attention to detail, the precise positioning and fit of the bright-work quite staggering, the bonnet alignment perfect, they never are, not even from the factory. The paint finish and depth of shine is quite frankly amazing, I could not find a single floor. I was lost for words as I walked around the car, I felt like I had been Car SOS'd and fully expected Tim Shaw and Fuzz Townsend to appear but was equally as happy for Andy to show me round the car. Dave's fabrication work was indeed impressive, the panels look perfect from any angle, incredible job. A very very special thank you to Andy who I could see had put his heart and soul into every aspect of the prep, paint and final commissioning. If we had not been under the COVID-19 social distancing regulations whether he liked it or not I would have hugged him. Andy took the time to go through every stage of the preparation to final completion, nothing was overlooked, every detail considered and put into place. Outstanding...... never seen better workmanship. Every time I open the garage door, I have the biggest smile imaginable. Equal thanks apportioned to Ashely's consummate professional handling of every aspect whilst the car has been worked on. Every call returned, showed empathy and customer consideration throughout, a pleasure to deal with, very much from the old school era.
