This is my 3rd time in Trespass Camberley and I'm sad to mention that the lady doesn't seem to like it when you ask her something. I've been to trespass in other places and I've had a good experience and I'd like to thank you for that. This lady in the Camberley branch doesn't smile and any query you ask she gives you a very short answer and looks annoyed.. You know you could tell when people do that... Also, she always says that she cannot hear you so you have to speak up and repeat yourself. I had the same experience last time so I approached a gentleman on the floor instead but he guided me back to this same lady, maybe because she was in the lady's section. I recognise the lady that's why I went straight to this gentleman. I saw her smiling and chatting with other customers and I don't know if it's just me that she doesn't like 😊 I don't like leaving a review like this but I like this brand so does almost everyone I know and because of our experience I hesitate to go there anymore. I thought she might be having a bad day last time but I don't know anymore. Thank you

Reusable hand warmers are ok at the start unless they explode on you first time, but when you try and heheat them they will just pop
