Awful service since going under new management. Very unfriendly, blatantly rude. No concept of customer services at all. I go out of my way to use a different post office elsewhere just to avoid this one

Everything about this place is awful. Closes whenever they feel like it. You can pay for next day delivery and sometimes it's 2 or 3 days before they even process it. They closed for Xmas on 22nd and are still closed despite other post offices being open. This used to be a very reliable post office until the current shambles took it over.

Terrible place. Unprofessional and rude staff. No customer service skills and work ethics at all. Once they shouted at an elderly lady who wanted use a fuel voucher to top up her meter. The elderly lady was nearly in tears, hence I offered her go take her to another post office. I myself got told to go to another post office as the staff couldn't scan my return. It clearly stated on the label 'post office scan above barcode' but staff dismissed it as not true. Strangely the other post office could scan it straight away. If something doesn't work immediately, it might be worth to put a bit more effort in. Definitely not going back.

The lady that runs this post office is so helpful,polite and can't do enough to help you. She smiles non stop. Wish other people could be like her. Highly recommend using this post office.
