Bad batch subpar quality Having previously purchased the exact same hair (river curls)several months and being happy with the product prior I was excited to see that bountiful curls had been added to the range. I brought 2-3 packets. However I was disappointed after getting it installed(godess braids- curly ends) and it being a tangled matted mess immediately upon completion. I chalked it down to just being a bad batch, since I had had no issues prior. I wanted my hair to be on point for an event. So the following day I removed the curly sections and I foolishly repurchased another 2-3 bundles of river curls from the website. I decided to crotchet them in myself and was disgusted to see the same matting occuring again. The quality of the hair seems to of reduced significantly. I ended up spending more than £60 on synthetic hair only to remove it 1-2 days, placing it in the bin and then purchasing human hair £120 + to get the desired look I was wanting. Utter waste of money and I would not repurchase hair from them again. Shame really, as I truly wanted to support the company and I was very happy with the quality of the hair with my first initial install. Aka RSB via Trendy Tresses Reviews

I did one order..it came very quickly ...i liked the air..River curls they are a beautiful hair. The installement didnt webt very well. Because of the stylist.. she didnt managed very well the hair. But still i managed to stay with it almost 1 month...i will make another purch..but changed the hairdresser..i did received a few compliments about the hair...

I ordered 6 packs of hair on 25/11 at 6.43pm. I realised my mistake with the order and contacted them immediately on 26/11 to cancel as I made a new order. I received no response to this email and both orders turned up. I have emailed again on another two occasions and nothing but silence. Why is it that black owned companies treat their customers with such rude contempt and not concentrate on building a business that provides excellence in cutomer service and product. STILL WAITING ON MY REPLY!!!I In reply to you unfounded comments, the order was made on Friday evening after 6pm. I contacted you using email address on website at 9.25am Saturday morning. Each email i sent was confirmed sent by outlook so I don't appreciate the deflection. First rule in customer service is own your mistake apologies and resolve swiftly!!!!

I’ve dealt with this company off and on for years. Recently I placed an order for curly crochet hair. I ordered a #2 but they sent me 1B. My receipt in the package even confirms I ordered number 2. I have emailed them numerous times and they have yet to correct the mistake. Very disappointed in this company.

Terrible hair especially the river curls ..the thick texture is what is being referenced the delete all of the reviews this is why you won't find any go to their social media no one has 100% in customers service yet there are no comments. They delete the comments rather than try to solve or resolve the issues ..

I bought hair on the 7th July and received an email immediately saying that there is only 1 pack of hair in that colour available. I offered to wait the following week until they had more in stock. I have been asking for updates constantly and have received none. However, have been receiving emails for about two weeks about the fact that the hair I ordered is now in stock and on offer. Still waiting for the order or at least for an update. At least be better about updating your customers about their orders that they spent hard earned money on. UPDATE: It is now exactly 2 months since my purchase and I still have not received the hair that I bought.
