Avoid if you can. Bunch of rip off artists, charge you for an hour but you only get about 30 minutes if your lucky. Take personal phone calls during visits. One of the carers refused to use the hand towel so had buy paper towels as he was using toilet paper to dry his hands. Bought over £175 worth of gloves before finding out that the company actually provides gloves for the carers.
