Takes forever to get through to the reception (over an hour one time). Not a good look for a Dr's surgery.

I’m in good health most of the time so I can only comment on my personal experience. On the rare occasions I’ve been they’ve always managed to get me an appointment and have been helpful. I’ve always worked and paid Into System all my life so have my parents and kids so I’d expect a good service from there as I’ve more than paid my fair share. Not like a lot. Anyway, the service is great and the nhs is so fantastic it could bring a tear to a glass eye. Well done guys keep doing what you’re doing because the nhs is the envy of the world. Don’t let the tories take it from you

This is the best doctors surgery I have had. They have always seen to any of our problems right away. You don't have to wait ages to see or speak to a doctor. We are lucky as others can't even get through to their doctor including my sisters who have surgeries in other area. My sister even wants ro register but she lives out of the area.

Think going online to get treatment is a very good idea. They always get back to fast, so I would say anything minor where you don’t need to be seen is a very good idea

Could be a good GP surgery only one helpful lady doctor some good reception staff some not so good who should not be working with poorly people. The reception can access private messages between yourself and your GP's which is unacceptable. Just been cleared of serious allegations by a tribunal which a surgery doctor and practice manager thought that they could fit me up. Contacted this surgery to register with them again only to be informed after careful consideration we are unable to accept you as a patient. You never gave me a valid reason i know but you will not say it. Legally you have to provide any person's with the reason why. Also you are legally bound to provide emergency treatment and take me on as your patient. This just confirms all my complaints against doctor surgerys are true and accurate. What you are doing now is unlawful under the equality act 2010 person's with a protected characteristic. NHS England will make you take me on as a patient good news for you and the doctor's I won't except this having previously been a victim of gaslighting by your doctors. Never have been delusional so why would you only treat me for all my symptoms being in my head. Sadly for me I am no longer legally under a doctor who treated me correctly she provided me with the right medication and got me two appointments under the urgent referrals to NHS now I am awaiting a procedure which your doctor's said were IBS and delusional not real. Why did this doctor provide me with this urgent referal because she treated me other than just a delusional psychiatric patient. NHS doctors discrimination and gaslighting and bigotry is systemic throughout the NHS. I will get accountability.
