Always smiling and they always asked us if we had a nice day. They took care of raising and lowering our suitcases etc. They even warned us that there was a train strike and booked us a taxi for the return to the airport at the last minute, taking care of getting off and loading our suitcases, always with a smile. - The room is very beautiful and very comfortable (bed and cushions like in a cloud :)) - Very good lunch at the Madera restaurant on the 15th floor. - Very cocooning bathroom. There was work on the facade so noise from 8am and we had to close the blinds but that didn't bother us since it was very well indicated on the site when we booked. I recommend 100% this hotel where we stayed from May 13 to 18. We will come back with pleasure. (Original) - Emplacement au top (proche des rues principales pour le shopping et proche des lignes principales de train et métro). - Personnel de l'hôtel très très gentil ! Toujours souriants et ils nous demandaient toujours si nous avions passé une belle journée. Ils se sont occupé de monter et descendre nos valises etc. Ils nous ont même averti qu'il y avait la grève des trains et nous ont réservé un taxi pour le retour à l'aéroport à la dernière minute en s'occupant de descendre et charger nos valises, toujours avec le sourire. - La chambre est très belle est très confortable (lit et coussins comme dans un nuage :) ) - Très bon déjeuner au Madera restaurant au 15ème étage. - Salle de bain très cocooning. Il y avait des travaux sur la façade donc des bruits dès 8h et nous devions fermer les stores mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé étant donné que cela était très bien indiqué sur le site lors de notre réservation. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel où nous avons séjourné du 13 au 18 mai. Nous reviendront avec plaisir.

Super cosy hotel right in the center of London. Each time I come back I always try to stay at the Treehouse. The beds are always super comfortable and the check in staff are very friendly. I love that I can also stream Netflix from my phone to the tv.

Wow, just wow. I can’t believe this isn’t a 5 star hotel. It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the ambiance, decor, restaurant and bar and of course the incredible staff. This place is a must stay. It’s in a perfect location that is walkable to Oxford street but far away enough that’s it’s quiet and tucked away. Whenever I come back to London I will be staying here!
