Unfortunately I'm here to leave some bad feedback, not because of the cutting of the tree but because of the damage the boys did to my house and garden. They felled the branches in a way that damaged the artificial grass in my garden in some places and the only way to fix it is to change the grass, another thing was the absurd carelessness they had to remove the branches going through my house. They didn't cover the floor and the kitchen floor was totally stained and the walls too I called a cleaning company but they couldn't get the stains out. Another thing that I've been asking for more than a month for the invoice that this company is ignoring me on calls and messages I spent £800 to have the artificial grass damaged and the floor and walls stained and no invoice! They completely ignored me

This is the worst company experience. Extremely unprofessional. Lies, lies and more lies. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Did not turn up for the job that they requested to be paid in cash to avoid paying tax. Unbelievable. I have never experienced such a useless shady set of people, from the telephonist to the manager, absolute joke. Avoid Treehab to avoid disappointment and wasting your time.

Great service. They arranged the permission to pollard tress with Camden council and when it came through, promptly arranged a visit. The boys that came to do the work were polite, friendly, helpful and professional. We will use them next time.
