Fine cut tree care & landscaping dug over and removed our concrete patio and replaced a brick wall for us in July. The job was not completed and they said they would come back in two weeks to finish off the wall. We made the full payment because Charles said he needed the money to pay off the workers and we trusted him. I have since left several whatsapp messages, called, left voice messages on phone, left messages on facebook but three months on, they first kept saying they would do it soon and now they are not responding to any messages. There is now a gap in the wall between my garden and the neighbour's garden. Recently, I have also left messages saying they could reimburse the labour cost for the unfinished wall + return the materials (London yellow stock bricks etc) so we can get someone else to come and finish the job if they are too busy/ off sick or whatever. No response. I am posting this as a last resort as I do not know what else to do.

Treecare cut back a tree in our neighbour's garden which partially overhangs our garden. They used no ropes or safety nets and allowed large branches to fall into our garden from a great height, creating dangerous missiles which shattered through the garden; they made numerous large holes in our decking which was smashed in many places, our rendered walls and landscaping was damaged. By using rusty shovels, they gouged grooves into our limescale tiles. When approached they initially tried to deny responsibility and failed to even apologise. Their service is extremely poor.
