I’ve been doing my nails every month with Three Nails Spa and the last times they weren’t good at all. Last month my nails colour started to come off and I didn’t have them even for a week. This time I have my nails for 2 weeks and my nail was broken I decided to call them to see if they could fix it. The receptionist told me to go there at 10:30AM but she was struggling with time she gave me apparently they were busy at that time so she told me to come at 11AM I couldn’t make at 11AM and she offered me times in afternoon so I booked at 4PM for they can fix only ONE NAIL until here everything was fine. I went to the shop at 4PM and she told me they can’t fix my nail because I didn’t tell her I have acrylic and gel colour on top when I always have this treatment and I told her when she asked me on the phone. They refused me to fix the nail because apparently they were busy even for fix one nail when the most times I’ve been there they put people waiting to do another customer’s treatment. I just wasted my time and money too. Awful service . Def not returning.

Really lovely people and environment. I had a full manicure early this evening and, having done nothing that could have chipped them, two of my nails have already chipped. Very dissapointed by this as I paid extra for their ‘long-lasting’ nail polishes. UPDATE: A lovely lady from TNS called me to offer to have the nail polish redone. Sadly im not longer in the area but they have given me a 25% discount on my next appointment. Thank you! Service: Manicure
