Our whole experience working with Paul was excellent from start to finish. His communication, knowledge and can do attitude was outstanding. What impressed us the most was that his quote also covered obtaining conservation planning permission, we literally left everything to him post his 1st visit to review the work required. It's so very rare to find a tradesman who says and does what he said he would with such a proactive customer centric attitude. So pleased with the end result and felt like a reasonable price for amount of work. A pleasure and can't recommend him highly enough.
