Had a great experience with removing a holly tree with a conservation area. Mike was quick to respond to my enquiry, knowledgeable and gave a very fair price. Had the tree removed a couple days after planning approval was granted and the stump ground out a couple of weeks later. For both visits the lads were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. Will happily use their services again if I need any tree work doing.

My Mimosa tree had grown unweildly and also suffered storm damage. After an initial consultation with Mike, on the day of the work itself Mike's team leader went over with me what I hoped to gain and how this could be achieved without being detrimental to this lovely tree. I appreciated this approach. The tree has been cleared of criss cross branches, has had some weight taken off it and is an attractive shape and looks so much healthier. I noted too the step by step approach that the team took, a careful thoughtful strategy throughout. The team also made a good job of clearing up after themselves. Definitely recommend.

Yet again The Tree Care Company did work for me last week . This time it was the biggest job yet, taking down an enormous ash tree that had die back. Their skill, expertise and experience meant the whole thing was done in under 4 hours with the minimum of upheaval. They work as a team and cleaned up the site after the stump grinder extremely efficiently. Then, at my request, Mike Shackleton had sourced and supplied a beautiful liquid amber maple tree which was sited and planted. I cannot recommend them too highly , not least for their pleasantness and helpfulness as well as their professionalism
