When I went I bought a milkshake and when I was paying with my card and the lady said it didn’t go through so she asked me to pay again so I did as she told me it hadn’t worked the first time. When I got home I realised they had charged me for 2 so I went back and they were auful with it I got told to come back multiple times when I showed them evidence of the 2 charges, they told me they had to check cameras so I came back next week and they just kept saying that and that they need to speak to someone when it was only 1 mistake. Never got money back. Also it took ages to be served to us bc all the staff were just chatting behind the counter

Service OK. We had three ice creams, the mango pieces tasted off, the strawberry cheesecake ice-cream tasted chalky like protein powder had been mixed in, one of the gelato flavours had a strange taste of mint and all the strawberry pieces were bruised. Our toddler was sick only 2 hours later and his whole ice-cream came back up. Will not visit again.

Walked in, took over 5 minutes for the staff to sit us down, whilst staff were looking directly at us. Once finally seated, the light above the table can be replaced with a flood light if need be, the thing shines directly into your eyes. Seating is also very uncomfortable. Snacks were great, although very overpriced. I'd consider coming again on a very special occasion, definitely not a place to visit multiple times in a row
