My 17yr old female Jack Russell Tink was put to sleep at home on Sunday morning, I rang Treasured Friends to ask ( through loads of tears) if I was able to bring my precious girl over to them when it was all over, the lady on the phone was so understanding and so nice and it was arranged for just before lunch. When I arrived I was encouraged to spend as long as I needed before handing Tink over. The ashes were ready for me to pick up the next day, I had her put in the back of a photo frame just like Gizmo who died 9 months before just short of 17, now they are back together. The whole experience of Treasured Friends was filled with compassion and kindness and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them to any who suffers the loss of a much loved pet.

Couldn’t thank Linda enough from treasured friends! After making a difficult decision to put our boy Louie to rest she kindly got him in at short notice. The support and kindness Linda gave reassured us we left him in the best hands💙 Our Louie dog was so loved and we will never forget the past 8 years of love and laughter he brought to us especially our little boy who grew up with him😢 The grounds of treasured friends was so beautiful and peaceful, we was aloud all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. As Louie laid on the table there the sun shined right in on him. We knew he was being taken back home to heaven💙 Thank you so much treasured friends🐾💙

I tragically had to say goodbye to my beautiful boy last week. The compassion and empathy shown to my husband and I during this heartbreaking time was exceptional. As a veterinary nurse for over 20yrs, I've dealt with countless owners losing their pets and going through the cremation process. I cannot fault the amazing kindness and service. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

We lost our beloved Dog Kira on 15/03/2023 she was a loyal, loving, and very caring dog. We had 13 great years together and every minute we will treasure. Our vets dealt with everything and contacted treasured friends who looked after her on her passing and we had her cremated. We received a loverly wooden Casket with her ashes in and is now back home. Thank you Treasured Friends.
