They cancelled the MOT for my car the day before it was due to go into the garage without any apology. I asked for a refund for the booking and I had to book elsewhere as their tester was on holiday! I was assured the refund would be given but it wasn't and I had to chase up. Terrible service

My experience with this company was very poor indeed. I booked andpaid for an MOT on their website. They then rang me to postpone it for the following day. OK - understandable. I arrived the following day, 5 minutes late, then waited in a queue for 10 minutes to be served, only to be told that I had missed my slot as I was 15 minutes late. And they haven't refunded my money. They obviously do not care.

My daughter took her car into the Canterbury branch for a service and MOT. She was emailed a quote of over £1,000.00 to get her car through the MOT and to service her car. She showed my the quote which I did not believe to be correct as her car has always passed its MOT. I booked her car into another garage where her car passed its MOT for £58.00!!!!!! The morale of this incident is never take you car into Protyre for an MOT!!!! I think it was a case of young gullible female being taken advantage of. I am disgusted that this sort of practice takes place this day and age. beware.
