I’ve been to this garage twice. The first time for a suspension upgrade and set up and then for a Dyno run and tune up. My Ténéré is better than expected. I found Alex to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I feel his pricing to be fair and I trust his standards of workmanship. I would (and have) recommend this workshop to friends. After years of searching I’ve found the garage I will use going forward.

Following an unfortunate accident where a cyclist undertook me as I was turning left, my bike needed repair and I was left struggling to find a garage willing to take it in. This is due to the bike being a very rare discontinued model that even the bike manufacturer refused to work on it. Finding and procuring parts was very difficult and finding someone that had worked on the bike previously was even more difficult. Luckily I found Alex and his team by pure luck! (well by searching for local garages and calling every one of them!). My bike has been repaired and restored to even better than pre-accident and running for last few months with no issues. These guys didn't even ask me to leave a review but I felt compelled as it's the least I could do. Went to have suspension tuned with a friend last night. Alex is really knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain why and what he was doing resulting in a noticeable improvement to the handling of our bikes. Really fairly priced and will be using Traxden again in future for sure.
