    I have never dealt with such a poorly managed unorganised company before, there seems to be no communication between any staff what soever. Everytime I have ordered materials it either turns up late or doesn't turn up at all which has cost me a lot of money over the last few months. If you want a simple stress free experience go to lords round the corner I have started using them now.

    Bad experience, I rang the store 3 times pre delivery call no answer ( busy) arrived parked outside hi viz on , boots ect approached a young kad who was shrink wrapping a small pallet . When he had finished I said Helloooo delivery for you . His reply was who are you shouting at ? I'm 52 and he had a Bad attitude in my eyes . I wish I had gone and seen a senior member of staff . TP staff are normally good and very professional . The guy who unloaded me MR FULLER was just that in every way . The 1 star is for the young boys Attitude
