    Richard and the yard team are excellent to deal with, always helpful and friendly. A variety of building materials, not as many as the bigger branches, but still well stocked. Prices are reasonable too.

    Waiting outside the gates for the best part of 30 minutes after opening time, the yard staff were more than apologetic about the desk staff 'James' running late, but apparently it was not the first time this week. Then when met in the office to sort out the payment, he didnt even bat an eye or even mention the elephant in the room of him being late and holding everyone up. Nothing professional about this at all. 5+ vans waiting outside the gates to open from 7 onwards. Ill just make sure i only visit this branch when Richard is on shift.
