I went to Travis Perkins in London Bridge last week with a 4+ year receipt for a item that I purchased there (that is now damaged). The manager Imogen Quintin-Archard went above and beyond in finding the spec of the item, speaking with the manufacturer and even finding the sales manager for the area to discuss the product. I have not often seen customer service taken so seriously - I would recommend them without hesitation.
