I’ve placed an order over £500 paid for it and asked for morning delivery two days after payment made, booked staff to carry the work and called in the morning to branch been told it would be delivered before dinner (midday) just before dinner called again no delivery and no idea what time but today. Ended up going in my private car to pick materials which they didn’t have my complete order so they sent me to another branch. Very very poor customer service and unreliable business
