    WORST experience ever. This place is an absolute SCAM and a JOKE! 0 customer service. Don't even bother trying to get in contact with these people for any help, you'll be sat on hold for over 2 hours being told you're in position 1 the whole time and it's only a 20 second wait time - JOKE!!!! No one to even reply to emails, no one can be bothered to rectify my issue, obviously just want to take people's money- DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY

    Seems an easy way to search for flights and is, but if the airline cancels for any reason, you will still be liable for a change of ticket fee and a booking fee whilst still getting no tickets. It is in the terms and conditions but I'm not sure that allows them to bypass your rights as a consumer when goods purchased are not supplied. I wouldn't use again, will book direct and save the risk.

    Bunch of amateurs, no clue what they’re doing whatsoever. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all cost. I only gave them 1 star since there is no way to give them zero star. Customer service doesn’t exist, after 4 days constant calling there’s no one to give me an answer not even from their so called manager Garry Smith if such a person even exists.

    TERRIBLE! Communication and support is non existent. We booked tickets that we understood to have cabin bags. But when we received the tickets it apparently was only a handbag! When we noticed and tried to pay to add baggage we were told they didn't know what to do. Even though the airline said they should contact their agency support partner. Just go direct to the airline as it seems whatever saving you make with Travel Up is an illusion.
