Everything is standard. As in all hotels of this chain. There is only one chair in the room and no extra pillows. I would also like to have a socket near the bed for charging gadgets. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 3/5 … More

The room was a bit dingy with a stale smell. Service was just okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not what I expected. I guess I didn't read the memo. The location was the worst - my booking did not state if it was the northbound or southbound location. I had to do two trips to get to my 'supposed' location. Very awkward- both locations have the same postcode. The staff even said that it happens all the time yet nothing has been done to help customers get to the right location.

Was expected to sleep with one pillow, when asked at reception they only had an extra spare rather than two in an entire hotel. To top it off we woke up with bites up our arms, legs and our stomach. Avoid Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Nearby activities: Direct motorway access. Wakefield Centre is 20 minutes away by car. Safety: Unfortunately the security key fob access wasn't working meaning that the main door to the guest rooms was left unlocked at all times. Staff also liked to wedge fire doors open as well despite them having Fire Door keep shut written on the doors. Food & drinks: Moto services next door with Gregg's, Costa, WH Smith and Burger King. The BP fuel station next door also had an off licence. Noteworthy details: Royal Mail post box on the services too, just a 30 second walk across the car park.
