    SuperRoom is great in space and cute. Occupied the 7th floor with great views of skyscrapers and the sea 🌊 The unlimited breakfast is excellent. The staff was very courteous and hardworking with smiles 😊 on their faces. Location is excellent few minutes walk to City centre.

    Decent spacious room with lights that actually work. I think the staff do need extra training on customer service or even worse do they even read the job spec before applying for a position 🤔. Asked numerous times for my room to get hoovered, the person turns up 4 nights later. Don't get me started on the car park! Absolutely disgraceful design.
