Don't panic about the pay for parking signs. If you stay here they will put your registration into their system so you are not charged. Nice reception staff. Just what you would expect from a travel lodge. Service station on the same site for food etc and not far to drive to local pubs if you fancy a proper meal.

We arrived to a very warm welcome. Unfortunately our room hadn't been made up but the receptionist very quickly sorted us another room. We settled down to watch TV but the remote had no batteries 😑. Once again the receptionist sorted it out very quickly. Apart from no hand wash in the bathroom all was as expected. The receptionist was really friendly & so helpful. An absolute 10/10. 💯.
