Hotel is what you pay for, standard travelodge. But, the large square roundabout adjacent and you're likely to encounter has to be the worst traffic management you will ever come across. Be warned, you'd have more luck driving around thr Arc de Triomphe than that monstrosity. Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 1/5 … More

Me and 2 of my friends were checking into our room and one of my friends decided to take a basket of towels that was by the elevator. We then opened the door to the room and began to unpack. My friend then grabbed the towels from the basket and found the master keys, phone and walkie-talkies. Know that this wasn't just a basket of towels now he done the honest thing and went on his way to return it to the front desk as it was not his intention to steal anything. As he left the room he was stopped by the worker that had checked us in and told us we had 5 minutes to leave the hotel or they were going to get the police involved. We obliged and went down to the main desk. I spoke to the manager about the situation because being kicked out of a hotel even though we didn't steal anything was wrong. I asked her if she would forgive us for taking what we thought was just towels, but she refused and told us we caused a breach in security. I then asked if she could confirm that all the contents were still in the basket, which she did. So I then replied with so the only thing that was wrong is that the basket was moved for 5 minutes and nothing was taken. Not only did she still refuse us but she didn't give my friend a refund, but she didn't even have the decency to atleast try and understand that we were genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible attitude for someone who is in the hospitality industry. If you're looking for good customer service this isn't the place to stay. I would never tell anyone to stay there.
