The room was average, seemed clean enough, bed frame had a lot of stains however. Do not bother eating in the “cafe”, probably the most depressing meal I’ve ever had in the saddest room I’ve even been in, save your money and go elsewhere for food.

The worst place ever ,this place no deserve morr than 30£ a week not a night per night is around 1£ ,everything is old from the time of Queen Elizabeth's coronation. the rooms are very poorly equipped, they always smell of cigarettes and weed, the heaters are the oldest and cheapest heaters that don't work and when they do, they don't give enough heat and you freeze from the cold, you have to come with the whole wardrobe from home and sleep dressed when it's winter, if not, it's possible you won't wake up in the morning anymore. You feel like you're in a prison from the Medieval Centrury. Nothing discribe this place to be the best 🤣🤣

Hotel is in a fabulous location for Luton Airport however is in dire need of refurbishment. It is great for the quick one night however lacked air con during our visit in May which means in summer the windows would need to be open and you'd hear just pure traffic from the M1. Lift is extremely small too, so would be challenging for mobility impaired customers. Hotel restaurant and bar very clean woth friendly staff.

On arrived we had issues with our sockets on the wall. We couldn't play the television and have a cupper. Our bathroom water was not able to flush down. At 12pm we still couldn't have a proper sleep. Rooms: There's not a telephone in any of the rooms. This is poor customer service. My wife had to walk back to the main reception to get someone to attend to our situation. Trust me I leave on to her because I would have lost my mind.
