The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the keycards were constantly needing to be reset. On occasion, there was nobody at reception and no way to call anyone. Luckily we didn't have a situation where we urgently needed to access the room. Whilst the towels were topped up if we requested, the bathroom and toilet were never cleaned and there was no toilet brush either. The beds were never made, which I would have expected from a 3 star.

Room was good, recently refurbished. No air con but they provided a small fan. Bathroom was small but clean and adequate. Location is great, right by the train station and a ten minute walk to the pier and Cutty Sark. Not much noise could be heard from the road with the window closed. Great service on check in and day one with Jade, she was very helpful but unfortunately the service on day two especially with our meal was poor. Food & drinks: I wouldn't advise eating here, I had a meal and it was terrible. A very dehydrated dry burger which was inedible. They cooked a replacement but tbh the quality of the food was poor and we heard alot of microwave pings coming from their kitchen.

I love staying here. I’ve stayed here twice now when visiting the 02 for concerts. It’s a very good location, right next door to Greenwich rail and DLR stations. The staff are great. Very nice and will happily engage in conversation with you in between working/ jobs. I’ve been booked in by a lovely lady called Julie now and she was exceptional when it came to customer service.

I’ve had bad experiences with travelodge before but this one was amazing the receptionist was greeted us on the way in and was very welcoming the location was okay there was a nice restaurant and bar located next to the front desk the room was clean and fresh with clean sheets and comfortable pillows fresh towels laid out and coffee/ tea had a lovely view were on the 5th floor the room looked very clean and had signs it had been vacuumed prior the tv was working and the bathroom and spotless very modern and fancy stocked with soap shampoo and body wash and toilet paper with a lovely big mirror I slept very well with minimal noise disruption since we were by the tube over ground station over all very nice stay considering the price was so low for an amazing room would definitely recommend.
