Exactly as you expect for a travelodge. The staff are friendly; the rooms have the necessities, are clean and tidy and it's good for a base when you're visiting other places on a trip. Room: Double room was large (Photos make it look smaller), had a desk, kettle and small shower / bathroom. It has air con / heating which is adjustable. The room was very clean, with no visible stains or signs of previous occupants. Sleep quality: Bed was not comfortable (But may be highlighted more as I had a bad back at the time) and I could hear loud traffic from the road below but this is fairly normal for London. Resources: The room did not have ironing facilities and at 5pm, there were no ironing boards and only one iron at reception (They really should invest in more). I had to iron on the floor over a towel which is not ideal for business people needing to be smart. Staff: The staff at reception were really polite, friendly and helpful. I had several minor things that needed me to visit reception and they were very happy to help so can't fault them. Restaurant: I did not visit the restaurant Rooms: Rooms are pretty standard with a bed, TV, kettle and bathroom.
