Hands down the most disgusting and unsafe hotel I've ever been in. I wouldn't even come back to use the toilet. Dirty with nowhere to put your clothes properly. Only 2 plug sockets. No air con in the midst of heatwave. Give a fan or 3 but only 2 sockets. No window to open only a patio door type window that is cracked on the top floor. All other ooms as bad . Gonna change us yo a room before even checking it. Ansolute useless customer service and saying they are trying to help. Won't even give am extension lead for the fans to be used. It needs condemned. Absolute dump and non existent customer service. Stay well clear

I was given the room 405 to stay in and the room was a mess. The sink was dirty and so was the mirror, the bed was not made and the room was clearly not prepared before the room was given to me. When I went to the reception to address the problem, the manager was hostile and defensive, she refused to address the problem. I’ve never been so poorly mistreated at any hotel!!!
