It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. - Room: Our first room had a broken air system (both heater and AC). We let the staff knows 3 times, but there was lack of communication and the issue was not solved. Finally we got the room changed. The second room shower drain is pluged and the bath room is not clean. The room window is not sealed, there are loud noise (especially on party nights) from outside the building which located on a busy street. There was 2 fire alarms within 4 nights, not sure if it someone smoked inside or it was fault alarms. - Service: There is understaffed for numbers of rooms. Also there is unorganized front desk which creates long waiting time to check in and check out. We stayed for a week and once in a couple days we asked to change towel and empty garbage, but we didn't get that service. We had to bring the old towels and garbage down to he front desk by ourself. The internet is not free, you have to pay extra to have WiFi while staying in the hotel. - Location is good, but there are so many hotels around these area. When we booked the hotel, we thought it's going to be OK because we checked the Google review. Once we experienced it, we would like to share, so people don't surprise when they stay in this hotel. I wish I didn't stay in this hotel!

Great location, but otherwise disappointing. First room had a damaged air system that couldn't be fixed in a day. Finally got a new room and it had a broken window seal so you could hear the street, smelled of old pee, and a slow draining shower. Plus, after the staff missed the towel/garbage change sign, I was invited to dispose of my garbage outside on the street garbage bin by the front desk. Also, the fire alarm went off twice on two mornings. Bring your shampoo and soap or be prepared to buy your own. I wish I'd stayed somewhere else.
