I booked two rooms, once at the hotel, 1 room was relocated somewhere else without any notice. We tried to get a solution, the Manager didn't want to offer us any and was rude to us. Also when asking for the badge with his name, he refused to show it. The customer service was absolute terrible I don’t recommended it to no one, especially to families.

When i first checked in. The person on reception didnt listen to me. He got all mixed up what i was saying. They shut the resaurant because there was only one girl serving. I went down to reception and complained. To add insult to injury i got a parking fine but the machine wasn't accepting no more than 3 pound coins! Wouldn't come here again!
