The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient and the room was decent enough (although in need of some new carpets) but the air conditioning/heating was inoperable throughout the entire hotel and no warning was provided at booking or check-in time. Front-desk said it was going to be broken until at least the end of the month. When reviewing, unfortunately I don't give more than 1 star to hotels where advertised facilities are broken and nobody can put the problem right.

Remember to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Great Hotel, the location is fantastic, reasonable price and the staff are so friendly and helpful, we stayed over the weekend for 2 nights and would definitely return. Carpets in the room could do with a freshen up or replacing because of stains but didn’t let that effect our stay. The staff who work there really deserve some credit!

Breakfast is not well organised. Considering it wasn't that busy, the staff did not make sure things were replenished quickly. There is no milk jug next to the hot drinks, you have to go to the middle station to use the milk jug next to the cereal. It is quite heavy and difficult to lift. There were no glasses available next to the breakfast fresh juices. There was no cutlery on the table. The breakfast choice is ok.
