Great service, friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean, large and with good amenities. In the bathroom, there is show gel and hand wash. You also get a selection of towel sizes, a tv, a long desk, an iron plus an ironing board and USB ports next to both sides of the bed. The beds are very comfortable and come with two large pillows. It is very well soundproofed. It is located 5 minutes walk away from a late-night Tesco, many good restaurants and London Liverpool Street station. I recommend this hotel.

Spur of the moment overnight stay. Great location in the city, everything in walkable distance. Staff all very friendly. However, as people have already mentioned, it is noisy. The windows do nothing to stop the noise and seem like they are always open, The hotel is located directly on top of the tube, so the whole place rumbles. Also, some rooms overlook the City Bar and Kitchen, and they love an early morning delivery being dropped from a great height!!
