Location great, can get everywhere on foot and close to tube station. Little bit noisy with trains and construction. Room was clean enough. Key card didn’t let us into the reception of hotel (doors lock late at night) which is a little scary but luckily there is someone there you can buzz who let us back in and reprogrammed our key card. Probably will spend an extra £10-20 next time and book one of the other nearby TravelLodge we’ve stayed in before that are a bit more newly renovated. No hot water for shower on the 2nd morning which was really unpleasant.

Stayed here over a three day visit to London. The place is very conveniently located for tourists, very close to the Tower of London and all nearby sights. We were able to cover most sights on foot and then head back late at night each day just to rest and regroup before heading out again the next day. We didn't eat here, so can't really say anything about the breakfast service. The reception staff was helpful and always available if needed. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Personnel pas aimable, la chambre côté chemin de fer très bruyant (prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles) la chambre pas très propre, rideau de douche sale, lit pas fait chaque matin, serviettes de bains pas changé et nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Le petit déjeuner il y a de gros progrès a faire. Hôtel décevant vu le prix des hôtels à Londres. Je ne recommande pas. J'ai le regret de ne pas avoir dépensé un peu plus pour un meilleur hôtel.
