Insurance company had to book this hotel for us. Customer service is not the greatest. They do not clean your room everyday only ones a week. Understaffed and not ready for busy days. No wonder all hotels are fully booked and this one not. In the restaurant it was leaking from the ceiling. And when you need someone to hoover your room it takes to be done. The super rooms they offer for more money is not worth it and when you complian for the bed head light is not working they do not even fix that while people pay for the extra that is one of it. They say DID YOU EVEN PAY FOR IT? IT IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS WHO PAID FOR IT. IN MY OPINION IT WAS PAID FOR THE SERVICE. which is very rude and ridiculous. We pay the insurance company to cover us. We had to stay in there for about 3 weeks and it was not our choice. We could not choose anything else because of the length of time to stay and everything was fully booked. When you ask for an manager you would notice that everyone in there is an manager. I wonder who actually looks over them. Food is not great for the price its not worth it. FOR THE SAME PRICE ROUGHLY I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GO TO PREMIER INN WHICH IS 5 STARS COMPARED TO THIS HOTEL. SHAME REALLY.

We paid £200 a night for two nights. The rooms weren’t serviced and didn’t replenish the tea bags in the room. To say it’s a 3* it’s 1* service.The reception staff and cafe staff pleasant enough. Not sure it is being used to accommodate asylum seekers or similar as there were families with children in school uniform having breakfast. This hotel is priced way to high for what if offers. The only reason we use it is that it’s near our sons place.

The service was excellent, the people there could not have been more helpful. However, really dirty, lots of rubbish on floors in corridors, my room was not cleaned, towels not renewed, even the one I left on the floor to mop up the water that cascaded out of the shower was still on the floor. Someone was trying their best to either break in or rip a door off down the corridor and there was no way I was going to look out. The area around was not the best but it's right by the tube which is why I chose it. As much as the location really suits, I will not be staying there again.

Great location near the tube into the city. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel room was dark and had dark painted walls and felt cold, it was also at the back of the hotel and the windows arent noise proof so could hear evrything outside. The carpet was also dark and looked dirty which I feel was hiding stains... the bathroom had a stail smell of wee bit off putting. Shower was good. Walkability: Near tube and shops
